Terms and Conditions for Tickets Directs

Please carefully read the following Terms and Conditions before purchasing tickets from Tickets Directs for various events. These Terms and Conditions outline your rights and responsibilities as a ticket holder and govern your use of the tickets. By purchasing tickets from Tickets Directs, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from proceeding with your purchase.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Ticket Availability: Tickets Directs provides a platform for the sale of tickets for various events, subject to availability. However, availability cannot be guaranteed for any specific event.

1.2 Ticket Restrictions: Tickets purchased from Tickets Directs are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the event organizer.

1.3 Payment: Full payment for tickets is required at the time of purchase. Tickets Direct accepts multiple payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment options.

1.4 Order Confirmation: Once your ticket purchase is successfully completed, Tickets Directs will send you an order confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and ensure the receipt of the confirmation email.

1.5 Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, tickets will be delivered to you in electronic format, typically via email. Please ensure that you provide accurate delivery information during the purchase process. Tickets Directs will not be held responsible for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

1.6 Tickets Refund:  Once purchased tickets are non-refundable. In most cases return and refund policies are set by event organizers.

2. Ticket Use

2.1 Validity: Each ticket is valid for a single admission to the specified event and is subject to the terms and conditions set by the event organizer. Specific seat or section availability cannot be guaranteed unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Event Changes or Cancellations: Event dates, times, venues, and performers are subject to change by the event organizer. While Tickets Directs will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any changes or cancellations, we are not liable for any losses or expenses incurred as a result. In the case of event cancellations, Tickets Directs will adhere to the refund policy specified by the event organizer.
